Superdrug Superfruits Exfoliating Mask

The front of the Sachet (Double click to enlarge)

I like using masks, I think if your skin needs a little ‘pick me up’ then a mask can really help.

The latest mask I have tried is this sachet of mask from Superdrug, its called the Superdrug Superfruits Exfoliating Mask

This is what Superdrug have to say about it:

‘Experience the true power of fruit! This exfoliating superfruit mask with extracts of blueberry, raspberry and cranberry deeply cleanses and purifies pores, while natural clay helps to absorb excess oils which can lead to breakouts. Strawberry seeds gently exfoliate the skin for a complexion so clear and bright you’ll stand out from the crowd’

Summary:

  • 49p for 10ml Sachet – Great value!
  • Contains clay and extracts from Superfruits such as Cranberry, Raspberry and Blueberry
  • Strawberry seeds help to exfoliate
  • Suitable for all skin types
  • Paraben free!
  • Dries into a hard mask
  • Leaves skin refreshed and super clean
  • 4/5

Firstly, I love that its a sachet, its easy to store and its less waste and cheaper if it ends up that you don’t like the product.

I used one sachet twice for 2 seperate masks, so it works out as good value getting this mask.

The mask smells amazing! You can really smell the berries and it gorgeous – it smells like you want to eat it!!

The mask spreads easily and then starts to dry. It says to leave on for 10-15 minutes but in all honesty I like to leave masks on for longer! Both times I have used this left it on for about 30 minutes.

The mask dries quite hard, but its not uncomfortable. It contains clay and fruit extracts and strawberry seeds to exfoliate – it is also paraben free which is something I really like about it!

As I am washing the mask off I like to use circular motions to exfoliate my skin, leaving it really refreshed and smooth.

I do find you need to rinse your skin a few times to ensure you have  got all of the mask off.

This mask makes my skin feel nourished, deep cleansed and refreshed. I love it and I think it works really well for its low price.

I am giving this mask 4/5!

  • It looks like a great product, unfortunately it has Phenoxyethanol listed amongst the ingredients, so it is rather advisable to stay away from it
