Review:

This is a gorgeous colour nail polish! Its a lovely mix of colours and I personally wouldn’t call it “3D” but it certainly is multi-tonal and very pretty. In some lights and angles it looks green, in others more of blue and in some cases its like a metallic teal!

It is fairly opaque, two coats gives a really lovely finish and colour. Its high shine and the brush allows for quite easy application. It dried quite quickly which is always a good thing!

Now, Bad Apple say this will not chip, however this is exactly what happened on the evening of the day I applied it – and then it got really bad the next day. Admittedly I didnt apply a top coat, but that was because I wanted to test the varnish and its claims! The chips I encountered were quite bad actually – so bad that I had to take the polish off.

A couple of days later I tried it again, the same thing happened! I encountered chips on the first day, this is where this polish let me down.

I think its a lovely shade, you get a really decent amount of polish and its easy to appply but in my opinion a top coat is a MUST of you want it to last even one day without chipping.

I do really love that is formulated without half of the nasty ingredients you normally get in polishes like formaldehyde or parabens, thats a big plus for me!

Here are the ingredients:

  • I found mine worked a lot better with a top coat, as well as bringing more of the colour out (I got the black/pink/bronze combination).
