INIKA Cosmetics – Mineral Bronzer in Sunseeker
Its no secret I am not a fan of certain ingredients and that I am a huge fan of INIKA Cosmetics. For those not in the know INIKA Cosmetics are free from harmful ingredients, natural, mostly organic, vegan and halal – oh and they are also cruelty free! They put other companies to shame if you ask me!
This is the first mineral bronzer I have ever used. It is one of four shades of bronzers that the brand sells – mine is called Sunseeker.
This is what INIKA has to say about it:

Review:
Of the four bronzer shades that INIKA sells this is the darkest for tanned and darker ladies. I would not say this is necessarily the shade ideal to me since I am light olive (NC35) however its still a good shade for me. If you are very dark there is a chance this may show up more as a golden highlighter than a bronzer.
Like the INIKA blushes the mineral powder is very very finely milled. The shade is a gorgeous golden brown with flecks of beautiful gold shimmer. The bronzer does not lean too red or green, always important if you want a natural looking bronzer.
It is advised that you apply the bronzer using a vegan kabuki brush which was also kindly sent to me but is sold separately. The brush costs £26. Its amazingly soft, yet dense. It is one of the softest synthetic brush I have ever used, I love it! I must admit that whilst it does a good job at applying and buffing in the bronzer I prefer applying this bronzer with my NARS bronzer brush. The kabuki is however great quality and really nice when buffiing in foundation and face powder.
The pigmentation of the bronzer is medium but buildable, A light dusting gives a nice sunkissed glow, if you apply a little more the gold flecks of fine gold glitter become much more visible Personally I find this a little too much for the daytime but its perfect for when you want your makeup to have a little more oopmh for a night out. Whilst the flecks are visible it should be stressed that you don’t look like a metallic disco ball, so fear not!
I must add that this also makes a stunning eye shadow and applied with a damp brush the gold flecks really come to life – it looks gorgeous as part of a sultry bronze smoky eye look!
You can also mix this with your moisturiser to create more of a “fake tan” look but I have to be honest and confess I have not tried to do this!
The wear of this is reasonably good – it lasted on me for around 7 hours before fading evenly, which is okay for me. The nature of the loose powder means that its not the easiest thing to reapply on the go but the pot itself is quite small and closes securely.
The bronzer feels very light on, you dont feel it at all which is nice, especially if you have sensitive skin. You only need a tiny bit of this meaning its great value for money and the skin friendly ingredients means I am a fan of it for sure.
If you want a good mineral or natural bronzer then do check out the range of shades available from INIKA. As well as being sold online its also sold in some John Lewis stores (such as the Oxford St, London branch) where you can swatch away at your hearts delight.
This might not be my favourite INIKA product – that is currently reserved for the beautiful and long wearing Peechy Keen blush, but as ever INIKA did not disappoint and yet again have made a lovely product.
Here are the ingredients:
Mica (CI 77019); Zinc Oxide (CI 77947); May contain (+/-) Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891); Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499).

I’m here finally! As you know I am looking for a new bronzer. Currently using Topshop Radiance! I would agree this is a bit more of a night out bronzer as the glitter could be a bit too much, but the colour and ingredients are spot on. I think the real steal is that brush – bet it makes the finished look even better! Thanks Grace x
