Liz Earle is a brand that I am growing to love more and more as I try more of their products. Having tried some of the skincare and the new bath and body products being released in March, I have now dabbled in some of their make up too!
First up is the Healthy Glow Powder Blush – £16.50 for 6g – Link
I have little bit of gorgeous in Nude, but there are another 6 shades of blush to choose from.
Blush is one of my most favourite make up items and I was not let down by this. The formula is beautiful, the powder is very finely milled and almost buttery smooth, making it very easy to work with and apply.
Nude looks to be very light in the pan, but once on my skin it actually warms up a bit and imparts more pink than a neutral but its still on the conservative side for a blush shade. This is very sophisticated and would be a lovely every day blush to wear to work if you don’t want something that screams “I am wearing blusher”!
Although its a matte formula it is not dull or flat once applied, it just looks very pretty and natural, I love it on days when I am wearing full on eye makeup or a very bright lip colour – just to balance things out. It has medium pigmentation but you can build it up easily if you want to.
The wear of this is decent, it lasts most of a long day at work and into the evening. The compact is very well made but fairly small so if you wanted to carry it in your bag for touch ups it wont break and you even have a mirror in the lid.
All in all, very happy with this beautiful blush and you are getting fairly decent value for money as you get 6g in the compact, compared to as little as 3g from other brands in this price range.
I also tried the Signature Lip Colour – £14 for 3.5g – Link
The lipsticks from Liz Earle are very moisturising and have a lovely, creamy formula. They contain avocado oil and shea butter to keep your lips in great condition and avoid dryness.
Whilst this is not the most pigmented lipstick the colour is lovely and its a buildable formula. The shade. shown here is Blossom.
At this price they are not the cheapest lipsticks around but the quality is pretty good and worth the splurge if you ask me!
Last but not least is the Radiance Glow Bronzer – £19.50 which is being released in April (so a bit of a wait unfortunately), but its worth the wait.
This is a lovely bronzer, it contains 4 different shades and contains a little shimmer. I would describe it as a cross between a bronzer and a highlighter and it would be fab on lighter skin as its not all that pigmented but imparts a beautiful glow to the skin.
Darker skins can use this as a subtle highlighter as its not dark enough as a bronzer for anyone darker than MAC NC40 (if you ask me).
The size of this bronzer is good – its fairly big and will last a really long time, making it a good investment.
The formula, like the blush from Liz Earle is really lovely, finely milled and super smooth, it a joy to use! You can of course use each individual shade on its own, but here are the 4 swirled round together:
So, there you have it – at the moment these are my favourite makeup picks from Liz Earle but there is a lot more makeup in the range that I have yet to try. Once I do, I will certainly report back
The ingredients of all Liz Earle products are on their website.

P.S – this post contains PR samples, however my reviews are always honest and my thoughts are my own You can trust me on that, but you cant trust me not to steal your blusher if I like it!
